Mr. Ebrahim Bhikha
Founder And Partner
- Ebrahim Issufo Bhikha is a lawyer registered with the Mozambican Bar Association graduated from the Instituto Superior Ciencias e Technologias de Mozambique where he concluded law degree.
- He previously worked in one of the big four firms in Mozambique as a Tax Manager in the tax department and also consultant in a reputable law firm in Mozambique.
- He has ten year of experience in taxation matters involving companies engaged in all markets sector including oil & gas, energy, manufacturing, mining, entertainment, retail, insurance, technology, chemicals, and private equity houses. His experience in taxation includes employees tax , corporate tax, value-added tax, international tax, mergers & acquisitions and tax due to diligence.
- He has been deeply involved in a major ruby’s assets transaction in Mozambique namely providing advice on tax planning of the deals. This allowed him to build and leverages the relationship with the country main public stakeholders.
- Proficient in Portuguese and English.
